Section 75-45-301 to 75-45-315 The Law requires that grain dealers engaged in the business of buying grain from producers be licensed by the Department and bonded, unless the dealer is licensed under the United States Warehouse Act.

Section 75-44-1 to 75-44-71 The Law provides that no person shall operate a grain warehouse or issue a grain warehouse receipt without having first obtained a license from the Department, unless the warehouse is licensed under the United States Warehouse Act.
